1 What are the benefits of using your services?

2  Will I be bombarded with emails once I register onyour database?
No, registering means that we will only contact you with relevant opportunities that we feel may be of interest to you. You may remove your details at any time.

3  Why do you need my email address?
This is so that we can set up your CIE account. We will not release this information to any external parties without your prior permission.
You will only receive emails from CIE or our clients, informing you of suitable positions for which you may wish to apply.

4  How long is the online registration form?
It should take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. You will then be asked to attach a copy of your CV (resume).

5  What happens after I have registered?
You will receive an email from the CIE team to tell you we have your details online. You will then be updated with any relevant opportunities via email or telephone.

6  Do I have to answer all of the questions on the registration form?
No, you need only answer the questions marked with a *. However, the more questions you answer, the better your chances of being selected for an interview. You do not have to answer all the questions at once as you can save the form and return to it when it suits you.

7  Must I upload my CV (resume) now or can I do it at a later date?
You need to upload your CV to complete the application process.

8  How do I ensure that my record remains confidential to certain employers?
We will ensure that your details are kept confidential from the employers that you have specified.

9  Will my details be used for other recruitment opportunities once I have registered online  for a specific position or event?
If you are only supplying your CV for a specific position via email then your details will not be retained for other opportunities. However, if you choose to register online your details will be added to our database and you will be contacted should any positions arise that are suited to your background and skills.

10  How do I update my details and my CV (resume)?
You can update your details whenever you wish and it is important that you update contact details whenever they change in order that we can contact you should we need to.
