We compete in an exciting and challenging environment and attract a wide range of employees from various backgrounds who share a passion for our products and our brand.

At Sony we encourage creativity and welcome individual contributions. Through your involvement you have the chance to make a difference to our business.

As a global company, Sony recognises and embraces its responsibilities towards the environment, community and our employees and continually seeks to engage in activities which enable us to fulfil and expand our commitment to these areas.

The European Graduate Programme

With electronics, mobile, music, pictures, gaming and online businesses, Sony is uniquely positioned to create exciting new digital entertainment experiences for consumers by bringing together cutting-edge products with digital content and services. Our European Graduate Programme (EGP) is recruiting young business professionals who want to join our continuous drive for innovation and want to be inspired by what they do.

The European Graduate Programme is Sony's two year programme which combines on- the-job and off-the-job development for graduates of various backgrounds. From day one you will be collaborating on projects and contributing within a team to current business strategy. We will give you the opportunity to progress and succeed, and in return we want you to make the most of it. That means taking personal responsibility for making a real and visible contribution to the business as well as to your own career.

- Business Experience: Over the 2 years, our graduates rotate on 2 assignments. Roles in Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Finance,…

- Training Modules: 8 pan European training modules delivered by top management. Moreover, these trainings give a unique networking opportunity.

- Mentoring: each graduate receives a mentor from the middle management Leadership Development Programme.

- Social Enterprise Project: graduates collaborate in groups and apply their business skills to make a real contribution to a social project.

Is it the right programme for you?

Our graduates generally have an excellent academic track record in a business related degree or relevant business experience (such as internships, summer positions, placements). They also speak three European languages having lived or studied in various countries.
Important is your approach to the opportunities the EGP provides. You should be dedicated and flexible enough to follow the demands of your future within Sony. Operating in a global marketplace, we are looking for our next generation of internationally-minded players that are prepared to be mobile across Europe.
The aim of the European Graduate Programme is to equip you with the competences necessary to thrive within our innovative environment. Over the course of your two assignments and EGP training modules you will build a broad base of experience that we value in Sony. The rotations and modules create a natural platform for networking at all levels across the business. All this giving you the opportunity to find a permanent position within Sony at the end of the programme and grow your career.
