How does the candidate selection process work?
To be invited to the Event, you must be selected by Careers in Europe.
1. You apply online asap and not later than 31 October
2. Between November 2 and November 6
Careers in Europe reviews all applications and matches yours against the pre-selection criteria (fresh/future graduates or young professionals with preferably a Master in a nuclear related field, fluent in English and one other European language...). Based on the result of this selection, on November 6, you will receive an email confirming that you are invited or not to the Event.
3. Between November 9 and November 18
In addition to this invitation, the participating companies get access to the CVs of the invited candidates and confirm a pool of pre-scheduled interviews (not all candidates will have pre-scheduled interviews). Upon reception of these selections, you will receive a mail confirming the interview(s) and you will be requested to login to the Careers in Europe website to schedule it/them.
All candidates invited to the Event will also receive via mail a request to login to our website in order to register to the workshops of December 4. You will be able to choose 4 out of 8.
4. December 4 & 5
At the event, you will attend the workshops you registered to and on the second day you will have the opportunity to meet all the participating companies in order to fix interviews and/or attend your pre-scheduled interview(s) with companies that have selected you before the event.
Prepare your interviews, whether they are pre-scheduled or spontaneous.
