How does the candidate selection process work?

Who gets invited?

Candidates with:

  • An excellent academic track record (at least undergraduate level)
  • Fluency in English and at least another European language
  • 0-5 years of professional experience
  • Outstanding intellectual and interpersonal skills International outlook
To be invited to the event, you must first be selected by at least one of the participating companies.

  • You apply online
  • Between October 26 and October 30
    We review all applications and match yours against the pre-selection criteria that each participating company gives us. They are looking to interview specific types of candidates for specific jobs at the event.
  • Between November 3 and November 8
    The companies get back to us with their selection. If a company selects you, we schedule an interview that will take place at the event between you and that company. Please note that the time of the interview will only be communicated to you when you arrive at the event.
  • Mid-November
    The outcome of the selection process is communicated to you.
  • December 15 and 16 At the event
    You will have one, two or more pre-scheduled interviews with companies that have selected you before the event.What’s more, you will have plenty of opportunities to meet all the other attending companies to fix additional interviews  if they are interested in your profile. Many of these ‘spontaneous’ interviews lead to job offers after the event.
